For a question, concern or private feedback, email your feedback to admin@npcauto.com or call 651-292-1485. The email link opens your email app; you choose what to send. If no email app opens, use the address above. Please omit VINs, claim numbers, payment details and unrelated personal information.

Share an honest public review

Use your own words about your actual experience. Public reviews are visible to others; leave out identifying vehicle or claim information. Everyone can use the same review link, whether the experience was positive, mixed or disappointing.

Offer a testimonial for our website or social media

Your story can help another customer understand the assessment and repair process. Send a testimonial for consideration. Tell us the problem you needed help with, how the explanation or documented process helped and what the outcome meant for you.

We will request your approval of the proposed wording, public name and intended channels before using your testimonial, photos or video. A private message or public review is not automatic permission to reuse it in our marketing. We do not publish testimonials automatically or turn a repair outcome into a promise for every vehicle.
