Stalled repair or claim
Repair or claim stalled?
Your vehicle may be waiting for an inspection, a documented repair scope, parts, technical substantiation, authorization or a repair-versus-total-loss decision. Start by identifying which step is unresolved and who needs the information. A stalled process is a problem to investigate; it does not automatically mean the vehicle is a total loss.
How we can help
We can discuss an authorized damage assessment or technical review, document our findings and explain the repair operations and charges we can support. Tell us where the vehicle is, what has already been done and what decision is missing. We confirm access, availability, scope and charges before accepting paid work. We cannot promise another party’s response, claim outcome or completion date.
If repairs are already underway elsewhere, discuss the outstanding work, release arrangements and charges before moving the vehicle. We need to review its condition and records before deciding whether we can accept a transfer.
Contact us directly to discuss the bottleneck, or describe it in a request. An inquiry does not authorize paid work. Coverage interpretation and legal advice belong with the appropriate licensed professional.

Prepare an accident plan for your family
Download the four-page fillable PDF. A parent or trusted adult can prepare contacts, vehicle details and a preferred destination with the driver. The second page has an accident checklist and spaces to record towing, claim and vehicle-location information. Fill it in with a compatible PDF reader, save a personal copy and print it for the vehicle. Your entries are not submitted to this website.
