Photo use and privacy

You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to submit them. You authorize us to store, copy and use them to assess your request, document vehicle condition, prepare estimates and support authorized services.

Optional public use

With your separate permission, we may edit and publish selected photos for customer education, repair examples and marketing. Before publication, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or obscure identifying details, including faces, license plates, visible VINs, documents and location metadata. Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

Public use is optional and is not required to request service. Permission is requested separately through an unchecked checkbox. We record your choice, the wording version and the submission date. Submitting a photo does not automatically authorize public use. Do not include unrelated personal documents or payment information in your photos.
